While I listened to this song today, a thought occurred to me. I started to think more about how emphasis makes a significant impact on your interpretation of a sentence. Emphasis on a word or even syllable communicates something specific to the audience. This is especially true of iambic in poetry. I just thought it would be fun to work with the Beatles.
This is how the Beatles sings it:
ALL you NEED is LOVE!

In my opinion, "all" is the most important word of this sentence. Because love is all you need.
